CJP is a dork that a 15-18 year old recruit can't relate to at all. It's not rocket science people.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. If we had another Dwyer or Ant Allen, they would jump ship after a year or two to show they could do their thing in a pro style offense and boost their draft status. It is way too easy to transfer now which is not a good thing for teams like us.

Glad you asked. We have exactly 1 losing season in the 2000s (and that losing season we went 27-28). We have made the postseason in all but 4 of those seasons since 2000. We have had 8 seasons finishing in the rpi top 10. Wake me up when football or basketball can even sniff that level of success.

He got rid of a bunch of players that never sniffed the field, freeing up several scholarships, and he added one of the best running backs in the country. Tell me again how the transfer portal hurts Alabama?

Totally agree with what you're saying. Just wanted to add, a good offensive line can make WRs and RBs better. A good WR or RB cannot make an offensive line better. If it is up to me on taking an 8th or 9th WR/RB or an extra lineman or two, I'm going lineman all day long. Would be an interesting...

What I don't get is why aren't we using more of our scholarships on both lines. I would much rather take an extra lineman than another WR or RB that probably won't see the field much anyways.
