Pastner cleared of Ron Bell lies

Just judging by the tweets, it looks like a lot of this has to do with Crawford transferring.

IANAL, so @brandon_cox would have to say for sure. But I don't understand what an additional accusation against Pastner would serve except maybe to pursued a jury that Pastner isn't a good guy even if the do have "proof" of breaking NCAA rules regarding a transfer student. It doesn't have anything to do with the original accusations or the blackmail threats. It is pretty clear that they made false accusations in an intentional effort to harm his reputation. It appears that they blackmailed him ahead of that by telling him they would release the false information unless he complied to their demands. They made sexual misconduct accusations against him with claims of evidence. That evidence appears to be false, and one of the witnesses claims that he was bribed to make false statements.

Even if the new accusations are true, I don't see how it helps the court case. It looks like RB believes that court cases and twitter wars are the same thing. I hope he ends up getting jail time for fraud against the court.

This is a partial list of who he has tagged in his recent tweets:

@ESPNU @ESPNNewYork @jemelehill @RobDauster @cnnsportsnews @nancygrace @sn_ncaab @memphisnews @chelseahandler @chibbs_1 (Kenny Anderson) @PTI @AroundtheHorn @accmbb @Sean_Nerny @jennstrouse75 @WeAreUnsilenced @SexualAssaultWD @BillPlaschke @CBBonFOX @MikeWilbonESPN @jemelehill @ClarkKelloggCBS @WeAreUnsilenced @espn @CNNnewsroom @KOLO8 @GTStudents @GTAthletics @GTStudentsWin @680TheFan @RobDauster @jemelehill @chibbs_1 @nancygrace @toddstansbury (not Stansbury's Twitter handle) @GTStudents @GTStudentMedia @chelseahandler @NancyGrace @NicoleAuerbach @MichelleDBeadle @jemelehill @nancygrace @slmandel @680TheFan @chrisdimino @MidtownChico @SnoopDogg @SparksTribune @KOLO8 @megynkelly @sn_ncaab @ESPNRittenberg @ESPNU

He keeps re-Tweeting his own tweets showing pages he sent to the NCAA Compliance Office, reported texts proving he and a former coach from Memphis were tampering with a Memphis player to get him to transfer to Tech and receipts showing he was sending Josh and Tradric shoes after the Tech reports says he was. Any and all of this could easily be faked.

And why is he tagging Megyn Kelly? Nancy Grace? SnoopDogg? Chelsea Handler? I can't find the one where he tagged every ACC basketball team.

As I said earlier in this thread, either Pastner is really dirty (which I don't believe) or MiracleWhips is a nut job who will throw anything against the wall to see what sticks. Nothing he has said proves anything and could easily be faked. The issue is the bad publicity for Paster and the program and the fact that he actually sent documents to the NCAA. Everyone knows he's nuts, but at some point, it is going to turn into a big negative for the program.

Which is what he is currently being sued for, and incredibly he is continuing to defame Pastner. Unfortunately neither Georgia or Arizona have criminal defamation laws.

Right, I get it, but it's just amazing that he is pushing this further and further with no "real" evidence. I mean, the receipts he has showing he "sent" Josh more shoes after when Tech said he did proves nothing. He could've easily made up a fake purchase order or done the same thing with the texts. Unless they have Pastner's phone or the guy's phone who went to Nevada and they match what he has, he really has no proof. Crazy situation.

I said before it appears that he honestly doesn't know the difference between a court case and a twitter war.

Either my reading comprehension is terrible or Ron's is. Seems to mean Pastner's claims can be refuted, not Jennifer's claims are supported.

They are probably just trying to get CJP to drop his claims against them. Might not be a bad idea if some kind of quiet agreement could be reached to never cross paths again.

There is a block feature, which all of the 1,000 people he has tagged should use. I mean, he acts like the NCAA would be interested, when they were too scared to send anybody to speak with him because he is so mentally disabled. The decades of drug abuse has destroyed his personality and social skills. He’s mentally disabled. Sad.

LOL, today! Err, tomorrow! Err, give me a few days! Err, give me a few more! Here it comes! And the saddest part is that he thinks the NCAA will care about anything he says or does - they canceled their own investigator's original trip out there a year ago as they feared for their safety.

The irony of this...

"Associate Justin Niedzialek presented a CLE to the St. Thomas More Society, as part of the State Bar of Arizona’s annual convention. Justin’s presentation, titled: “Civility and the Practice of Law: Keeping Your Composure and While Serving Your Clients Well,” focused on the importance of civility in the practice of law and effective means for attorneys to keep their cool when provocative behavior makes it difficult."
