Just judging by the tweets, it looks like a lot of this has to do with Crawford transferring.
IANAL, so @brandon_cox would have to say for sure. But I don't understand what an additional accusation against Pastner would serve except maybe to pursued a jury that Pastner isn't a good guy even if the do have "proof" of breaking NCAA rules regarding a transfer student. It doesn't have anything to do with the original accusations or the blackmail threats. It is pretty clear that they made false accusations in an intentional effort to harm his reputation. It appears that they blackmailed him ahead of that by telling him they would release the false information unless he complied to their demands. They made sexual misconduct accusations against him with claims of evidence. That evidence appears to be false, and one of the witnesses claims that he was bribed to make false statements.
Even if the new accusations are true, I don't see how it helps the court case. It looks like RB believes that court cases and twitter wars are the same thing. I hope he ends up getting jail time for fraud against the court.
