I too would take half the deal and run. But interesting to look at the comparisons
U of N has 25K students. GT has about the same.
UofN rules the state of Nebraska with 2 M people
GT is in the city of Atlanta with 6 M in the metro area
For FB they sell out at 92K and we average around 50K.
UofN is not a marquis football program in the Big I. Very solid upper level but not Mich or OSU.
No BB program to speak of - very solid olympic sport programs.
Their TV exposure is what - 1.2 or 1.5 ours? One national game against a Mich or OSU?
Don't know ratings difference when the teams are on TV.

Point being - they have more value to Addidas than GT. Full stop.
But I am not sure it is multiples more value.
How this turns out will be interesting.

I wonder if the influx of a cash given a good new shoe deal is taken into account. We can be as good as Nebraska in foozeball and a ton better than them in basketball. Projections have to be taken into account I would assume.

Depends on what you mean by "better". Addidas doesn't directly care about wins/losses. Only insomuch as it leads to popularity. But popularity and seeing their shoes etc. from some degree from wins. How is that for double speak

If you want it to look awesome, why not start with a mannequin that's built like The Mountain or Mr Olympia or the Hulk or something? You could make anything look good.
