Mizzou's leading scorer/rebounder allegedly set to transfer.

http://www.cbssports.com/collegebas...lliams-iii-considering-a-transfer-from-mizzou

Memphis kid. A So. so probably not eligible immediately, probably not an option for us. Bigger story is the apparent deterioration of Mizzou's program. I'd be pissed if I were the Gant kid's family. Pretty much uprooted the family to move there and, before he even played a minute, the whole program is different then what he signed up for.

Then again, maybe the Williams kid leaving creates a bigger role for him. Who knows.

1. Damion Lee, Drexel -- Averaged 12 points as a freshman and 17.1 points as a sophomore before missing nearly his entire junior campaign. This past season Lee put up 21.4 points and 6.1 boards per contest -- and he'll be as sought-after as anyone on this list.

2. Rasheed Sulaimon, Duke -- It didn’t work out the way everyone thought for the talented wing out of Texas. Sulaimon spent much of his time in Durham in the doghouse and was ultimately dismissed from the program earlier this season. Sulaimon will try to graduate this summer so he can play his final season next year for another program.

3. Marcus Foster, Kansas State -- The undersized two-guard came out of nowhere and had a terrific freshman season for Bruce Weber, but this past year was a roller-coaster -- with more downs than ups. Foster was benched, suspended -- but can still help a team with his ability to score.

4. Shonn Miller, Cornell -- He’s a four-man who is eligible immediately for his final season and has attracted big-time interest. Miller has met with UConn, Illinois, Boston College, Michigan, Marquette and California. Miller has a nice dribble pull-up and is a better perimeter shooter than his numbers indicate.

5. Anthony Collins, South Florida -- The veteran point guard was granted a medical hardship waiver and can play his final season next year. Collins only played eight games in 2013-14 due to a knee injury, and averaged 7.1 points and 5.2 assists this past season.

6. Tyler Harris, Providence -- He had his issues at Providence, but Tobias’ younger brother averaged 11.6 points as a sophomore and 9.9 points and four boards this past season. He’s eligible immediately for his final college campaign.

7. Nick King, Memphis -- The undersized four-man plays hard and averaged 7.2 points per game this past season as a sophomore with the Tigers.

8. Derrick Gordon, UMass -- He was the Sun Belt Freshman of the Year at Western Kentucky, and spent the past two seasons at UMass, where he averaged 9.4 points and 9.8 points per contest. He’s a two-guard who can get to the basket and finish. He’s also eligible to play next season.

9. Jaren Sina, Seton Hall -- He wasn’t content with his role, and it’s difficult to blame him. Played well when Isaiah Whitehead was injured. The sophomore point guard averaged seven points this season, and will likely sit out and have two left.

10. Stanford Robinson, Indiana -- Sophomore wing who can get to the basket and guard averaged three points per game and will go elsewhere in search of more playing time. Likely to sit out next season.

Sulaimon, if he graduates, and Miller would both look good in GT uniforms next season. We could certainly use their shooting ability.

@kg01 - Dude retweeted tweets for & against GT. Also, dude who posted against GT A) admittedly, is correct & B) posted tweets a long time ago that the real Poole story would be pretty damning of BG.

Another interesting one to think about.
Lonnie Jackson is going to leave BC. He redshirted this season after suffering a leg injury. He is planning to graduate, so if he is 100%, he would be an interesting option. Guy with alot of ACC experience and one of the better 3-pt shooters in the league the 2 yrs previous to this one.

rumors are Lewis is going to end up at L'ville. (L'ville may not have a returnee who avg more than 4 ppg). They have a strong HC class coming in but they are going to need at least a couple JUCO/GRAD guys to help.

Just curious, but what is the real Poole story? Everyone I have spoken with that seems to be close to the program seemed to believe that Poole was a good kid but had a quick temper.

Never really even heard rumors of any wrongdoing. Curious what he may be referring too. Especially considering how BG's character is what most people say first about him.

I don't think we'll ever know what the whole story is there and I certainly don't know.

Would love to see us pick up a lethal shooter as a grad transfer. Find someone that hit the 3 and not be terrible on D, and they could really help this team.

I agree we'll probably never hear the whole story. However, I call into anyone who'd question cBG's handling of situations. He's been all class. The twitter guy who suggested otherwise is probably full of it.

This one's kind of surprising & interesting. The Nova backcourt was by committee. They can all play pretty well. Averaged close to 10/4/4, 36% from 3pt. I'm sure he'll garner huge attention.

ETA: Never mind.
