Animal, that's a cherry-picked example. Tennessee would be another one. The fact is that recruiting and winning are strongly correlated overall, but no one thinks recruiting is the be all and end all. Obviously, coaching is important, too. Everyone knows that. Bottom line is that we can speculate whether recruiting and/or coaching will be improved or take a step back. I personally think recruiting will probably be improved (yes, more money and staff are part of the reason, along with better recruiters and a more NFL-friendly scheme), but the coaching aspect is more in question. We'll find out.
