We are still a thorn in their side. We've beat them 6 times in the last 11 years, 8 times in the last 14 years. We've beat Dabo 5 times. They've just won 3 in a row in pretty convincing fashion which is why it feels more lopsided than it is.

Yeah, don't ask about if a guy is losing his job right before Christmas. You aren't going to get an answer because stuff like that is sent out in press releases when and if it happens. The only answers are "No" or "You're a jerk for asking because you know how this stuff works". I'm 100% ok with a snarky answer here.

I don't like the answer, but I am reserving judgement until I see the video. I, personally tend to believe that he is being taken out of context. I also don't like the idea of waiting until the dead period to make staff changes - if there are any being let go. However, it is very likely if someone gets let go in the next few weeks then PJ has already communicated that to the recruits who just signed. If however it has not been communicated to recruits then I wholeheartedly disagree with the practice.

The audio is up (at least on TOS) and PJ basically says that if he any changes are made it will be during the dead period. Regarding Roof, the question was asked if he'd be back next year and PJ said that "you'd have to ask him and he has nothing to announce." It doesn't sound good for Roof.

Sounds like CPJ being CPJ. Ted Roof ain't going anywhere that CPJ knows of unless Roof hasn't told him...hence, "Go ask Ted" line.

I think that’s looking a little to much into it. What else would he say if Roof was being fired? I think his answer is perfectly fine for him being fired or not. Changes will be made CPJ said, it’s just not going to happen yet and none of us know what those changes will be.

Lol...I think looking at it either way is "looking a little to much into it". CPJ said IF coaching changes are made, not WHEN. Could happen, but doesn't mean it will. I guess we'll know when and if it actually happens.

What if Ted is retiring from coaching but ends up heading up the support staff. Paul doesn't have to fire him for that to happen and they may not have everything lined up to announce it yet.
