Isn't his height prohibitive at corner? If I was a team playing against him, I'd throw fades and jump balls till the cows came home.
I would think it is, but if he is an honest 5-11, and the pro day measurements said he is, then there are shorter corners defending well, and he is athletic enough. But I wonder even then if his body is big and tough enough to take the punishment. Maybe he is one of those rare players with a very narrow professional use. I just don't know what it could be

My god. Elastic Man. He was 5-11 on the roster, 5-11 on pro day, and in New Orleans is 5-9. I think even that is a stretch but maybe it is the humidity. He does have some muscles, though, and he would need that frame. Good luck to him.

He has always been 5-9.
stand next to him and you will see.

A friend at Clemson, who did stand next to him near the sideline, thought he barely hit that mark wearing a helmet. But some guys on the board weren't buying that, like Johnson is the world's onliest football coach who doesn't fudge his roster measurements. I suppose that's why the pros take their own measurements. But 5-9 guys have made it up there, and we could see how muscular he is. But 5-9, maybe 175, is going to get rocked if he makes it. Maybe that 2015 battering he took got him ready?

oh yea. we ate with them one night and I am 5'10 and was way taller than him.
but again, no one believed me when I said that.

Hopefully, he will be laying the lumber instead of taking it.

I appreciate you, but, fwiw, when you use words like noone and elsewhere everyone as a way that puts down a whole fanbase, you should expect some backlash.

I'm confused. Justin Thomas is listed on the minicamp roster as coming from Utah and his home town is listed as Orange, Texas but I know that was him wearing #41 in the official pictures from minicamp. Also, the Saints announced roster changes after the rookie minicamp and he was not mentioned. So, did he actually make the 90-man roster or was the AJC article incorrect?

The NO papers has listed as signed. Maybe it hasn't been updated yet

The fans appear to be excited at his potential
