We will have trouble with Pittsburgh. A totally inept Florida team beat a Tennessee team that we could not. 5-6.
Dude UT beating us was a pure fluke lol. We should be able to beat UT 9 out of 10 times. We fumbled twice and missed two field goals. I highly doubt that happens again this year. Plus it's called football, better teams lose to worse teams every single year, it's just part of the game.

Pitt lost a lot of talented guys and are not the type of school that can just reload. I still think Narduzzi is a good coach but he should look at getting a new OC.
I think they are definitely hurting from losing Matt Canada. And yeah they just lost a pretty good RB and had to scramble for a QB this offseason so I'm not surprised they are really struggling on O

I don't really have a pulse on how the fan base feels so maybe he'll get kicked out, but he's gone 8-5 the last two years finishing second/tied for second in the Coastal and had some huge wins in the process. I think he has a pretty good resume considering. I think he just signed an extension as well, I don't really know the details of the state of Pitt's finances to know if firing him is even feasible.

I wont be surprised if he got another season or two even if Pitt goes 2-10 this season.

Pitt lost an NFL QB, NFL RB, and 2 NFL OL. Their D wasn't very good last year and doesn't appear to have made much improvement (although they didn't have their best defensive player through the first 3 games).

They are bound to take a step or two back this year

I think Narduzzi could be kicked out the door if Pitt goes 2-10. Brent Venables would be a good candidate for the Pitt head coaching job is Narduzzi is shown the door in December.
Pittsburgh is not going 2-10 any more than we are. They will win 5 or six games, like we will win 5 or six games. Brent Venables is the coach in waiting at Kansas State when Snyder retires at the end of this year.

Well Jordan Whitehead, who's been rated as an NFL caliber safety, will be back in the fold against us. So while I still feel we'll win pretty handily, he should keep them from looking totally inept.
