For those that complained about us giving away a home game to play in Ireland, we are now the sole recipient of all media attention this week with our win over a top 10 team. Recruits had no other (real) games to watch either. Congrats to Coach Key and the team for making the most of this opportunity.

Y'all...we just held a top 10 team UNDER 300 yards of total offense! When was the last time GT did that?

After getting punched in the face in the 1st quarter, our defense held FSU to one TD and two FGs the rest of the game. I don't think FSU offense is that good (I said it in a previous thread), but our defense has been awful in previous seasons. If we continue to trend in this direction on defense, this could be a really fun year.

It's early, so you don't want to read too much into this performance from our D, but so far, the hirings on the side of the ball is looking really good.

Recovering those 2 fumbles were definitely the difference. What a complete game. Defense was outstanding. Tackling instead of trying to strip. Haven't been this excited in a long time. What a great birthday eve present!

Best tackling I’ve seen from a Tech D since the days of TaNooTa.

Defense was coming from all over the place, and we had multiple guys get behind the LOS. Very Tenuta-esque indeed.
