Every article specifically states he has dropped his appeal of the initial investigation, so he is still being investigated. He dropped his appeal and less than a day later he is already hired. Whether innocent or not, that is pretty insane.

I think he's a loser, but there's no reason to misrepresent the facts. The proceedings against him were institutional not legal. There's no further investigation.

I think Unlv could've done a lot better. I'm happy as hell we landed Pastner, always liked him but I'm suprised if he was ready to leave Memphis why did he not reach out to Vegas?

I read where it's believed to be another player. Two players followed him from Marquette. One posted the Twitter pic while the other has been silent. I also read that other players' parents thought the player in question was getting preferential treatment during the season.
