Hudson never seemed to find his spot in Clemson's guard rotation so that doesn't surprise me.
Turner was the 3rd best player on BC's team behind Bowman and Robinson. For a team that wasn't very good or very deep and doesn't have much coming in that is a pretty big hit.

Bonzi Colson announced he is returning to ND for his SR yr.
Would expect this will keep ND in the top 5 of the league.

Was he considering going to the NBA? I can't imagine him as an NBA player, what position could he play? He would get dominated down low and if you put him at the 3 he would still be below average height-wise and wayyyyyyyy below average athleticism/speed wise. Seems like a Europe guy to me.

Colson is about the same size as Charles Barkley. There are a few people who still think he did OK as a 4 in the NBA. I think he may have played the 5 at times.

Barkley was a freakish athlete, though. I don't get that same impression with Colson, but maybe I'm wrong.

He is also a knucke dragger. His wing span looks almost cartoonish on tv

I know his wingspan is insane for his size which allows him to be such a good rebounder, I just don't see him as the high flyer like Chuck was. He was also a top 5 pick, and I think we can all agree that Colson won't come close to sniffing that. I guess time will tell, but besides height I think that's an insult to Chuck to even compare the two.

Oh I agree he's not on Barkleys level but he has some measurables that are going to make someone think

I apologise for not reformatting this, but...

Barkley never had a season like Colson had this past year.

I understand he has amazing stats, we agree on that. But just stop with the Chuck comparison, I could pull up plenty of people that have amazing stats in college but didn't do squat in the NBA. Why would Chuck be a top 5 pick and Colson not even sniff the top 5 if Colson has better stats? Must be some reason. Good luck matching up to this:

Edited to add: to his credit I could see him topping out at a Draymond Green type of player. But that's his ceiling IMO.

Adrian Dantley is a better comp than Barkley.

With Colson, Pflueger, Farrell and Gibbs back, ND is going to be pretty good next year. They still have Geben in the middle to eat up space, too. Only recruit so far is DJ Harvey, 4* wing from DeMatha.

Good move for Collins. Wake could be hurting again if they don't pull a last minute recruiting coup or snag a GT big. Their only bigs on the roster right now are Mitoglu (stretch 4, not a big), Mathias (unknown frosh from England) and they just signed a HS kid from France who supposedly is a project.
