If we're being honest, I really don't think you understand how bowl selections work. There isn't an order of bowls picking any longer. I'm not saying GT or Duke will be in that particular bowl. But I will say no bowl that wants to bring fans wants Duke.
They haven't selected Duke in 12 years. You think they have a deal in place already for a team losing to Wake Forest right now that will bring about 120 fans (** assumes there is no basketball game that day)
