I love Randy’s early stuff. And this song breaks me every time I hear it. I saw him during this period of his career in a concert at Princeton University. He was dark and cynical during the whole concert.

I may be late to this but has anyone ever seen 1000Musicians do anything? If not it’s quite a concept. I got bored though after watching a few videos. Listening to hundreds of singers on any song gets tiresome to me but like I said though it’s an interesting concept.

About 40 years ago I saw dozens and dozens of grand pianos on the stage at the same time at the Fox Theater in Atlanta playing classical music pieces. Seemed like they called it monster piano concert or something like that. Apparently it was a thing for a while.
