Post game CBK
To me...it looked like he was mad because Shelly wanted to return a punt but his blockers were kinda loafing...think he is trying to keep them focusedKey looked mad about something at the end of the game. Didn't show up in the conference.
Any idea what it was or just very focused and trying to project to team to the end regardless of score?
I noticed early in the game a player was back to block a punt. Our returner started running and the blocker just stood there and did not even try to block the tackler who made the play after a short return. Pissed me off too.To me...it looked like he was mad because Shelly wanted to return a punt but his blockers were kinda loafing...think he is trying to keep them focused
Not exactly an excuse, but maybe he somehow thought a fair catch had been signaled?I noticed early in the game a player was back to block a punt. That excuse doesn't fly well when the returner starts running with the ball. Not exactly an excuse, but maybe he somehow thought a fair catch had been signaled?
The runner was behind him, right? Not making an excuse, just looking for a plausible reason that wouldn't necessarily imply loafing. That excuse doesn't fly well when the returner starts running with the ball.
Ok dumb question, but it’s me, how do you shorten the game by 10 minutes ( 5 in the 3rd and 5 in the 4th ) and time of possession is 55 minutes not 50 minutes?Team Stats per the ESPN app View attachment 16851

It always been a thing. We did that several times under CPJ.
If they are beyond the line of scrimmage.Have holding calls always been 'spot fouls'?
