Usually, it is Tech that leaves too much time on the clock. After that ill-advised squib kick, there was 6 seconds in the clock. UGA throws for 9 yards, leaving 1 second for their kicker to hit a career long 55-yarder. Sometimes games turn on a combination of stupidity and luck.

OU 2nd half play calling was asinine and stupid. Why so many running plays? Why try to run the option AT ALL? You've got the Heisman Trophy winner at QB and you try to run that crap rather than let him pass it???
