Why not just start an “Extend Geoff Collins’ Contract” thread to even things out? All those who want Collins fired will have their place to vent and all those who want to retain Collins can shower him with accolades in their thread.

When it dies, it will die a natural death. Either Geoff will improve next year, or he'll be gone. One way or the other, it's going to scroll down the pages. It's irrational to think the thread is anything other than a natural, understandable, and deserved occurrence after nine wins in three years, and all the attendant "dysfunction."
Geoff's dysfunction is the catalyst for the thread in the first place. Win and it will go away. It's that simple.

I did. If anything, it's a major reason why we should be careful in judging a transfer based on how many stars he had as a high school recruit. Hard to believe that there wasn't a P5 school willing to take a 5* QB from the SEC...
