better facilities as in the PIT top 20 nationally each year in attendance . rabid fan base so i was curious if he would jump at the job. But i agree if offerened noodles would leave in a heart beat. I want to open the discussion back up as now there are no prominent names out there is neal to the fans considered a good choice at this point and time given the state of the search . IE of the low mid names your hearing would you rather take a chance on him? In reality the likelyhood of it happening are slim but i was just curious as to after **** hit the fan why he didnt get a hard look?>
I'd still rather roll the dice on a young, hungry, crackerjack recruiter (i.e. - Kevin Keatts, Matt McCall, Pat Kelsey) than Craig Neal. It's a high risk/high reward proposition, but it also gives us time to learn if Mark Price will ever be worth giving the job to in the future.
I agree with those that say we shouldn't hire Mark Price today because he has no track record. That said, if he builds a good track record at Charlotte, that becomes a different story.
I've got no interest in Neal at this point, regardless.
Agree The Pit is a great place from what I've seen, but that's arena atmosphere, which is different from the facility itself.
