This will make the traditionalists heads explode. No need for this in BDS on homecoming..... lol

I'm as traditionalist as they come and made it more than known that I think our branding and Merchandising sucks and should be refocused on white and gold.

As a one-off I think this is really cool. I like it a whole lot more now as an obvious special cause tie in than if it were blueberry town. Slap our regular white or gold helmets on it. Edit - I guess not on the helmets. I'm worried now... but at least they are iconically gold!

I am in a way as well. Give me the Chan era units and I’m happy. I just can’t get too upset about us going all blue or grey or even black for a game. The kids love it. The recruits eat it up. Unfortunately it’s what we have to do to get our brand out there. We need to use every angle possible to look “cool” to the younger generation fans. Especially “sidewalk” fans like myself.
