The thing I'm most pissed about in not being able to make it to the game is missing out on hitting The Varsity. I'm guessing concession prices are going to be sky high...and a huge disappointment compared to a Varsity dog.

Yes...but mainly because of the ridiculous price of concessions.

Actually, the new stadium has fan-friendly prices at some of the concessions. Only the specialized concessions charge the big bucks.

Touche'. I'm surprised that a school with close to 50% out of state enrollment would have sidewalk fans. Interesting choice...

We have to have sidewalk fans since we are a small school; in 2010 there were 126,000 living alumni. As you note, we have a lot of out of state people ..... 60% is the Georgia resident quota, 30% other states and 10% international now. I think just over half of GT grads leave Georgia to work elsewhere.

Tennessee seems to have over 345,000 alumni. https://securelb.imodules.com/s/1341/17/index.aspx?sid=1341&gid=1&pgid=61&cid=160 But that's ok, we should probably spot you some points since we are used to slaying larger schools.
