I think it's for the general public as a whole but i bet most of them if not all go to Tennessee and GT with Tennessee probably buying more of those than GT.

Per google the seating capacity of MB Stadium for football is 75K. I would imagine the split was 30K each team and 15K held for public sale.

If you've got a good printer and want to do all the work I know you could move a bunch of them! I would probably pre order 5-6 of them for me and family/friends! Especially of you can find the right shade of GOLD!
