Does Rodwell lose his job after his inconsistent year last year? I watched Shawn Davis in warmups last year, and he seemed to have a decent leg, albeit on field goals. Does he take Rodwell's spot? I don't care who wins the spot as long as we don't shank every other punt

We punted more last year, so it was noticed more. All ST play needs to improve.

Generally, in college, if a FG kicker is in the running as the punter, the team is up the creek without a punter. Rarely is one good enough to do both.

I think people are underestimating Lamont Simmons...he should be our #1 corner next year. I remember USCw coaches saying he was an NFL CB at 6'2.5 with long arms and 4.4 speed.

From what I remember he was expected to be the starter but he had not locked it up for certain.

I'm not concerned at who starts at A-back. I'm more concerned of who is in the regular rotation.

Yes I believe it was in spring practice.
He was projected to be the starter, and most likely would have. I could be very wrong here, but I think if he started, Marshall would have redshirted and it would've been Leggett/Skov/Allen at BB

BTW, has there been talk about trying your boy inside? He and Klock and Chris would be a great rotation at Tackle, but I'd also put them as close to 3 of the top 5.

I think W B will be one of the starting ol he may be the best lineman on the team . Reminds me a lot like Michael Cheever.
