Well it sounds like an overcharge / nuance in CO traffic law. Reckless driving... sure...going 70 in a 30 zone. But vehicle assault makes it sound like he was trying to run over someone. As for driving without proof....you have it or you don't, the piece of paper in the car is a formality.

Completely agree. A very stupid moment by DT but not at all an assault unless he was intending to kill himself and his passengers in the act.....which is highly improbable. Thankfully no one died. They must have been wearing seatbelts.

There’s a point where your behavior gets so reckless your brain should have engaged and realized it’s dangerous not only to yourself but others as well.

Feel bad for him because he will suffer the consequences, but it’s not like he didn’t deserve to be charged.

If any of you guys have instagram feel free to follow Jeremiah Attaochu and check out his story. He was at practice this morning with his younger brother David. Little bro may be a future legacy recruit for us. His name is @jattaochu97

Talk about a physically gifted guy. 6'6 240-250 lbs, and ran a 4.4 at the combine.

He could have played on either side of the ball and been a great player. Imagine him in this Patenaude's offense at TE? Really blossomed when Smelter got hurt and he was WR1.

He could have also been a great OLB/DE. Imagine him covering a TE or rushing off the edge.

The only thing holding Waller back was Waller. Easily one of the most physically gifted players in the CPJ era.
