Brett McMurphy reports Mike Houston will not be accepting the Charlotte job because he wants to pursue other opportunities.

Probably angling for East Carolina, but something to keep an eye on.
According to Football Scoop it sounds like Mike Houston is going to East Carolina and Charlotte is very interested in Austin Peay head football coach Will Healy

Well just remember when Clemson picked Dabo most of us thought he looked like this
th

and when I see him he looks like this

I called him a clown. Dabo's laughing now, and Clemson's my 2nd team.

I am curious about this board's thoughts on Greg Schiano. We have less social media-centric moron fans than Tennessee does, so the "backlash" would be less I imagine. He won with lesser talent at Rutgers and he was all but named HC at a bigger SEC school this time last season

App State has been "D1" for ages, albeit 1-AA/FCS until 2013, when it moved up to 1-A/FBS level in 2014. Satterfield has been HC there since 2013. If you meant that Satterfield hasn't been HC at a "Power 5 FBS" program, then you would've been correct.

Interesting note: Satterfield was the QB coach at App State when they won three consecutive FCS national titles, 2005-2007.
Yes, power 5, my bad.

I’d like to stay away from anyone who has a “Controversy” heading on their Wikipedia page.
