"there's nothing I've seen so far that in any way harms CJP's case. RB and JP have hired a very ordinary attorney who does a lot of real estate law. They finally admitted that they made up their key piece of evidence. Their star witness testified under oath that they bribed him to commit perjury. From my perspective, Mr and Mrs Whips are still in a world of hurt."
I should have been way more emphatic; what has happened over the last month has greatly improved an already overwhelming case. Ole Miracle Whips had already been hit with a trifecta of bad news: the Ga. Tech investigation exonerating CJP, the “noisy” withdrawal of his previous attorneys who accused their clients of fraud, and the jailhouse recordings in which JP and RB all but admitted they made up the sexual assault claim. How, I wondered, could the case get even stronger? Well, it sure did.
Remember, this is primarily a defamation case. Ever since they filed their spectacularly moronic counterclaim accusing CJP of rape, RB and JP have continuously defamed CJP. RB told several reporters that they had the shirt with semen on it (and you can be sure that they’ll be subpoenaed to testify). And now, after getting their attorneys to file a counterclaim which specifically references the shirt with semen, they’re taking the position that they never said it!!! I wonder if Ron Bell and Alex Jones of Sandy Hook infamy are twins separated at birth. There sure a lot of similarities between the 2, not the least of which is they’re both lying psychopaths being sued for defamation.
Also, the testimony of the security guard is pretty devastating. Him swearing under oath that they bribed him to commit perjury would normally be enough to destroy the Defendants’ case by itself. Now, there’s so much devastating evidence against these 2 idiots that it’s merely another brick in the wall.
So, yeah, it’s been a great month for CJP. Let’s see how much better it gets after Friday.
