You are right it probably didn't "help" Butler if his goal is to get the trade done and get out of town. Just reinforced to Thibs how much he really does need him. Butler has to sit out or really be a PIA if he wants the trade. He is supposed to be at practice today.

Okogie started tonight for Jimmy Butler. Three games in four nights got Butler the night off.

He's in a weird situation but seems to be making the best of it. With Wiggins hurt, he'll get more playtime so that's good.

Last night he was up against the monster that is Kawhii Leonard. That dude is eating dudes alive so far this season. In the snippets I saw, Okogie held his own.

Too bad the team "leader" is as gutless as Jimmy Butler says he is ...
