I'm not arguing the merits of the opinion, just that Courts tend to lean heavily on precedent, so IF the COVID19 vaccine(s) became mandatory, court challenges may not be as successful as most think. Also, it clearly points out that the "greater good" takes precedent over "individual liberties." That's going to grind against both conservative and progressive libertarians.

Dr. Fauci is an absolute ****ing disaster. The emails recently released through a Buzzfeed FOIA request show, among other things:
1) Fauci telling others that cloth masks do not work.
2) Fauci (under oath in Congressional testimony I might add) stated that Dr. Baric (UNC virologist, collaborated with the Wuhan Virology Institute) did not do gain-of-function research, nor did the NIH fund any at all. Yet now we see emails where he physically typed and attached PDF documents stating gain-of-function work Dr. Baric was doing with Wuhan and that the team urgently needed to get together to discuss (as the pandemic was starting).
3) Emails from colleagues at Scripps explaining with supporting information that covid looked like it had been engineered in a lab. Yet publicly he was stating that no evidence existed that covid was built in a lab and in fact all evidence supported a natural event.

I'm not seeing this as statisticly alarming just something to watch if it rises rapidly

VAERS is managed by the CDC. OpenVaers per their own site (it loaded this time) is run by a group of butthurt anti-vaxxers- my words translating their language in the FAQ section.

I am not sure I follow the point being made in these recent posts, but nothing is 100% certain in life. There will be fully vaccinated people who get sick and die from COVID. But that number is extremely small. The link states that in the first paragraph. What is the controversy?

I‘ve heard multiple people of medicine and science, say that the death rate from coronageddon is closer to a million, rather than the near 600k tabulated in our country. Many death certificates have “undetermined” or “unknown” on them. Complications due to the virus can alter every day life, permanently. Not enough time yet to see those results in data long-term numbers.

Yes, one of the shots gave soreness in an arm for 3 hours in the middle of the night. I took acemetacin and that’s been it since April. My son had a headache for an hour.

No, the vax should not be mandatory. However the way prescription drugs have been alternated as OTC, then back to the pharmacist, should let you know that drugs are in zero way perfect. They have different effects on different people. I prefer Allegra over Claritin, but most family members are opposite. Both have loratadine 10, although the “other ingredients“ affect me adversely with Claritin.
Not a big fan of the MMR given in one dose. Much needed, however, break it up.

The choices are clear: roll the dice and wait for Herd Immunity or take the shot(s) and live knowing you have great odds of staying out of the hospital and without potential long-standing repercussions. Also, know that you most likely aren’t passing this on to children under 12 y.o. or health compromised folks who can’t take the vaccine.

I can’t for the life of me fathom how it would be possible to have several hundred thousand people die of Covid yet not get recorded with how overly aggressive we have been all along in counting the numbers. in order for that to be true, again based on the excess death numbers, we would have to have several hundred thousand people less be dying of cancer and other major causes of death. I don’t see how that would be possible, but I am open to the concept if anybody has data they can share.

I don't think there is any controversy beyond "Snidely's words as he put it"
This is not vaccinated people who caught the virus.(that was what Snidely linked)
This is a summary of what is being reported TO the CDC's VAERS system directly by Doctors,hospitals and individuals.
CDC has periodically released reports about this data.
CDC recently stated that they would no longer continue releasing those reports about the "adverse effects" but would continue releasing reports about the data's hospitalizations and deaths.

After having fully recovered from covid 19, I live my life knowing that I have outstanding odds of never being hospitalized due to covid without the vaccine.

I don’t have their numbers. Not sure if HIPPA or some law would not make it a disclosure offense? Not pretending to be a flu expert(those numbers have been way down, as you probably know)or an ENT specialist. I am ordained and the families that I’ve encountered swear that it was the virus, although coroners are very careful, taking the conservative way these days. Yes, I do speak with the ones in Gwinnett P.D. Also, contacts in funeral homes tell me the same stories.

Just buried a friend who contracted last year. He was a weightlifter, healthy before last April of 2020. He started walking with a cane, after the wheelchair. They put him on a heart medication. Thought he was coming back. Then, the seizures started. Unidentifiable Reasons were on the D.C.
