I don't know, I mean we did get a 2-seed. There was room to fall.

I could be wrong but I don't think the NCAA looks at the lower seeds like that.

The last six regionals we've had to travel to are as follows:

2012 - #1 Florida
2013 - #2 Vanderbilt
2014 - Ole Miss
2016 - #1 Florida
2021 - #4 Vanderbilt
2022- #1 Tennessee

This is part of the reason we've had so much trouble advancing. Not sure what it is about us that they love feeding us to the monster teams' regionals. Would love for someone else to have a turn.

It's becoming a pattern and this probably has a lot to do with it. The way the conference has been treated by the selection committee recently is a joke.
