More I think about it, Statesboro seems most likely. FSU will probably go to Gainesville. Feels like Uga needs to go to one of the ACC hosts since there are so many of them and will likely need SEC teams as the 2 seeds in those.

Others have said it... which ACC team is going to Knoxville as a #2. By process of elimination, it seems like Ga Tech is a likely candidate.

Wake finished higher in ACC standings... with head to head over us... higher RPI.

NCST? Maybe... but that would discount their ACC run.

FSU? Maybe but geography.

We'll have to see.

From RPI standpoint, Wake probably makes more sense at East Carolina since they’re about 30 points higher than NC St. NC St will have a RPI in 30s which feels appropriate for the 2 seed in the #1 team’s regional (Knoxville). We may be too 20 RPI which feels deserving of a 2 seed in a regional of one of the 9-16 teams.

UNC has moved up so much, I expect them to be a top 5 national seed.

Thankfully, plenty of teams in our neck of the woods not named Tennessee. It could certainly happen, but it doesn't seem inevitable.

Sorry I've been MIA. Preoccupied with SEC tournament. Winners can, and do, win. Tech team has a bunch of guys who really want to win. I'll be watching the selection program. Go, Jackets!! In the vein of winners, let's remember and honor ALL of our veterans today.
