No moat or drawbridge = not impressed.I'm getting excited about Ireland trip. I converted my brother-in-law (rabid Alabama fan) and his wife to Georgia Tech fans and we rented an Irish castle to stay in the week before the game, costs the same as a 2 bedroom condo in Destin........

Fwiw, that was a Protestant church, not a castle. But, what you do in a formerly sacred space is your business.
I don't know where you got your information, but I'm pretty sure it's a castle.....

Are you going? Your invited to come over and have a bowl of Irish Stew with 'Cuse'!
You Sir win the unofficial contest for the coolest rental. Despite the many obstacles I may very well find myself in Ireland at game time but I'm positive my accommodations will pale in comparison. Well done! Now paint a gold GT on the parapet(?) or install a big TECH with the "T" missing, hoist a massive GT flag to lay claim to the territory and take a picture for all to see. That would qualify you for the GT fan Hall of Fame.I'm getting excited about Ireland trip.
