Howdy, I graduated Tech in '08 and was on gtsportstalk for a bit but got away from the forums but with the coaching changes I got sucked back in. So here I am. Good to be here.
Quick and simple. I am a Marine Veteran, Iraq 2006-2008. Graduated from the Institute in 2014 with BSME. Complete fanatic for Tech football.

Welcome aboard!Hey Ya'll whats up, new member here. Ive been a Tech fan since for as long as I can remember. My Dad is an alumni of the business school, and is very passionate about GT football. My family is full of clean old fashioned hate in their blood. I have had season tickets with my dad since 2003 and have been a die hard fan ever since. I have been through the entire gailey and johnson eras, and both were full of unforgettable memories. I can't wait to talk with ya'll about football on the flats. I chose my username because I believe we produce great wide recievers such as Megatron, Bae Bae, Hill, Waller, Smelter, and Juene. and one more thing TO HELL WITH GEORGIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Welcome aboard!Great Forum! I'm a 2008 Architecture grad...Aerospace flunky. I played rugby for GT followed by a decade playing for Atlanta. For the past 3 years, I've had the privilege of coaching the GT rugby team where we've turned a young squad into a regional powerhouse. If you ever need your CPJ triple option fix just come out and watch one of our matches. Heading into Spring, the Jackets are undefeated in their division scoring an impressive 300+ to 19. I loved Paul Johnson but man am I excited about what Coach Collins is doing! THWG
But you had A helluva 1st game in 81!Hi all. I played football from 1977 thru 1981 - pretty lean years. About half of my recruiting class didn't make it, so '80 and '81 were exceptionally poor, won 2 games. Graduated IE and have worked in manufacturing all my career...so far. Lived away from Atlanta for 29 years, but just moved back this year. Looking forward to seeing the new culture and ability to recruit. Also love Tech Baseball. My son pitched for Rutgers and the Scarlet Knights used to come down and play Tech every year. Wore a Rutgers outer shirt and a Tech T-shirt underneath until he graduated.
YesHello everybody! Hokie Mark here - from the other ACC "Tech". So, are football nerds allowed here?
Welcome aboard!Navy grad, but grew up a Jacket! Dad played for Coach Dodd and the NFL.

i was in athens for the 74 game, my first year there. yup we won and the weather was awful, my JD was gone before halftime.Hi Jackets! I'm a diehard GT football fan and a 1970 graduate in EE. I was a season ticket holder from 1970-2011. I lived in Huntsville, AL and Norcross for most of this period. Retired and moved too far away to regularly attend games in 2012, but have moved back to the Huntsville area. Put in my deposit for season tickets and can't wait for next year. The best game I ever attended was probably the '62 Alabama game, but my favorite was the 1974(or was it '70) beating of Georgia in a driving, near freezing rain in Athens.
Hi, my name is Jay and my son is a 2020 G.T recruit!!
