If Indiana fires Crean, NCSU fans will expect him to be at the top of their list. It's not an impossible hire, so I'd rather see Ind hold onto him for another year, just to be safe.

forgot to mention LSU .... they have the coin to beat the Woofers for a coach, although Alleva's track record with hiring football & basketball HC is poor, at best

Gregory is a bad head coach.
It's not just about recruiting. His entire program management was bad.

Recruiting was far from his worst aspect. The player development was terrible. Tad and Q took huge leaps forward this year.
Most deficiencies could have been remedied by good Asst. Coaching selections though id imagine. His reluctance to throw Chad Dollars *** out in the cold always boggled my mind.
