I think y’all are working yourselves into a lather over this and it’s really not going to help anything, other than get your blood pressure up and get us all mad at each other. He is here and he is trying to do something differently and perhaps stretch some boundaries into places we have not been before. I think there are issues, but change frequently brings that and most can be fairly quickly corrected, cough oc. Maybe he succeeds (lord I hope so) maybe not but it’s way too early to go all crazy like the last group did at the end.

The point many of us are making is that he needs to address the actual concerns and questions of the fans, or he's going to lose them, and lose them fast.

It is one thing to be a "hard-***" during practice and drills - it is another thing to dole out the punishment required for bone-headed plays that cost the team. Will he do that if necessary, or is he too worried about the players' self esteem? Again, I just need to know that he is taking care of mental errors - he doesn't have to do it publicly, as long as it gets done. I have never seen a great leader who keeps everyone on his team happy all of the time.

The only guy we know may have been unhappy, although that is a total guess, was Parker, and he left. I realize you need to encourage MORE than you criticize and punish (although most of my coaches did not understand this :) ) , but you must be willing to be the bad guy sometimes. I hope he is willing, and the players do not want to be in his doghouse.

Changing culture maybe harder than he thought when it comes to the fan base. Not exactly the...hyped up for “turnover chains” and such. Most fans I know ridiculed dah U quite a bit for that stuff. Now being asked to embrace the same....

May resonate with recruits. May not resonate with the majority of fans. Then again...if we were 3-0 there might be a lot more acceptance to change.

I hate the money down jumping around nonsense. But if we were winning and getting stops on 75% of those 3rd downs I could manage to endure it.

He still may...perhaps everyone should give him the chance to do so. Last I checked we haven’t played a game since Saturday...

Well as a fan, I’d think that doing a radio show that you weren’t even scheduled to do would be the logical place to get your message to the fans as quickly as possible. Instead of saying basically nothing but puffery, and glossing over the whole mess. I feel that if he didn’t address it here, he’s not going to later.

Well the ones who kept saying we needed to get CPJ out of here because we were settling for mediocrity . You got wish we ain't now.

Wait until we get more 4 stars...Although we do have 4 stars already sprinkled throughout our defense and a 4 star quarterback who plays depending on what personality coach P currently has. Oh and a 4 star "program changing" running back who is 5th on the depth chart. Smh

Exactly! It was like he thought just by being there, talking about the same ole stuff was enough to satisfy everyone. He did not have to show passion about the loss or making sure we know that he will never allow that again (loss to bad FCS).

If we perform, by all means dance. If we are winning big...maybe dance (have SOME class). If we win, dance on the field all night. But do not dance as you’re getting smoked by a team you’re supposed to smoke. Do not dance as you’ve (as a team) rattled off a bunch of boneheaded personal fouls all night that essentially cost you a game.

Missed the show, but I take it there was a lot of juice and relentless positivity, in other words, Coach being himself. He ain't gonna change because of one bad loss. Getting the job means he gets to do it his way, just like anyone else. ATL, Juice Crew and Money down is here to stay.

I dont really care about him publicly addressing fan concerns. That is more the ADs job. Few coaches actually give the public much of anything, previous one included. If you have researched him at all, you would know he is addressing things in the locker room where it counts.

He was asked in the post game presser and he doubled down on ATL. If there are multiple QB's ATL on next weeks chart, we can assume there will be multiple QBs playing in the game.
ATL is not a guarantee of playing time or a share of the reps. JP Mason is getting the majority of plays. If a QB can separate, then we can’t assume we will continue to see the shuffle. ATL simply means that you are good enough to help us on the field.
