Don Mattingly,the Marlins manager,has nothing to lose because Derek Jeter will be firing him at the end of the season and possibly hiring Joe Girardi.

The "warning" both teams got actually screwed this up and made it worse because now it drags over into another game. A few years ago, there pitcher would've been hit when he came up to bat and that would've probably been the end of it. Snitker was right with his postgame comments. If there's enough reason to issue a warning, after the VERY FIRST PITCH the pitcher threw in the game, the pitcher should've been tossed.
