Unfortunately, I could see the UGA game and more Clemson games being moved there at some point. In years when we play FSU at home, I could see that moving as well.

In a simple scenario, yes moving every game to MBS maximizes revenue. However I'd argue there's a pretty quick tipping point where when it is no longer a "featured event" the draw becomes much less, and the backlach that would result in sigficantly fewer donations would make it overall less profitable to move multiple games to MBS. One game is probably the true maximization point.

So looks like of you're a GT season ticket holder you will get the seats on the fringes of the stadium. Falcons season ticket holders get all the best seats for some reason.

It is already past the "tipping point" when they don't anticipate capacity equaling BDS for two games. Would hate to be a STH that likes sitting in the upper deck that will now end up in the lower deck corner or endzone.

Falcon fans don't normally pull for GT. Unfortunately, if we play Miami, Clemson, or Notre Dame, they might have some interest. It's going to be interesting to see how this works out.

No chance. CGC has made it clear that he wants BDS to be the center of the college football universe. Plus, the logistics of sharing the Benz with the Falcons on a more full time basis would be impossible. Ya'll worry too much. lol

Falcon season ticket holders are gonna have better seats than our OWN fans for these games. How is this good news?

How do we make BDS the center of the college football universe when we are willing to play some of our bigger games elsewhere for extra money?

It's one game a year, meant to be a special event. If we start winning big, there will be plenty of big games at BDS. CGC wants us to be in the conversation where we have college gameday showing up at our stadium. Just let the plan work.

Falcons season ticket holders don’t get first dibs it’s the people who own personal license seats that get first right of refusal. Then the seats go to the public.

Okay you guys have convinced me. We don’t need to change anything because it’s all as good as it gets right now. We need to fire the coaching staff and AD as quickly as we can, hire a 3o coach and be satisfied with our place in the college football world. I mean if we try something different and audacious it might not work and that would clearly be worse than not trying anything. Did I get that right?:banghead::banghead::banghead:

College Gameday is a good point. The last time we hosted College Gameday at BDS was when we played ND. The same ND that we have agreed to play at MBS instead of BDS twice in the next 5 years. It is going to be difficult to get College Gameday at BDS if we are moving some of the good candidate games for College Gameday to MBS. They aren't coming for the VT or UNC games.
