Overall they did a good job in the Peach Bowl. No one knows what Targeting is now so you have to disregard any Targeting calls/non calls.

How does ASU allow that to happen on 4th and 13?

It’s all about the defensive call. Do you blitz? Do you play coverage? Do you rush 4 and keep a spy on the QB? Do you play a prevent, keep the play in front of you and try to stop them short of the first down? Any call you make is the right one if you stop them and the wrong one if they convert.

It’s not the defense I would have called but hindsight is easy.

They did but Texas had two good chances to win in regulation and their PK guy failed.

Well, if that was not targeting, then there is no such thing as targeting.
