I hope Shane Greene is not tendered, along with JR Murphy.
Don’t trust him. We have enough relievers with healthy pitchers Dayton and Webb. Will Smith was the best available as a FA. He’s worth more than the three p.u. in July.

Greene will get around 7m. in arbitration. His salary with trading Ender, could open up enough for a stud OF or SP.

Edited to say: I’d like to non-tender FNSM, if only for my mental health.

ESPN’s Buster Olney reports that Major League Baseball is leaning toward altering a pickoff move rule in hopes of promoting more action on the bases. The rule would require left-handed pitchers to step off the pitching rubber before attempting a pickoff throw to first base.

The Washington Nationals have reportedly avoided arbitration with infielder William Difo settling on a one-year, $1 million contract.

Charlie Culberson, Rafael Ortega and John Ryan Murphy.

• Relievers Javy Guerra and Koda Glover were non-tendered by the Nationals, per a club announcement. Guerra would have cost a projected $1.3MM. Glover announced earlier todaythat he would retire.

With Rendon, Rain Bringer, left as top FA’s-some teams are going to need to trade for one. Demand is higher than supply. Right now Camargo is the Atlanta starter, according to the media pundits. With teams like the LA Dodgers, Phillies, Rangers, Nationals, all looking to upgrade their hot corner.....stay tuned!

Let’s hope so, good friend. I hope he stays healthy for 25m. per. The odds of Atlanta getting Rendon at close to 30m. per season, are not too hot. Washington might pay that in a multi-year, and yes he’s worth every quarter Imho.

Buzz, it looks like the Braves chose to keep Adam Duvall as a utility guy over Charlie Culberson ... I would have went the other way around.
