That's a very good hire by West Virginia With Scott Satterfield leaving Appalachian State for Louisville and Neal Brown leaving Troy for West Virginia it looks like Georgia Southern will win the Sun Belt Conference in 2019Neal Brown headed to West Virginia, per reports.
