That's ridiculous. The staff of this site didn't do anything to cause us to figure it out. If it weren't for the players telling us the school we'd still be talking about Braxton Miller....
Interesting. I thought he had to go through the draft before signing with anyone. I guess he is exempt from the draft process because he didn't play football in college?
After pro day, Gil Brandt is saying that Darren Waller could be a draft day steal:

I think we slowed up on that because we lost a lot of our Northern connections when we fired Groh. We also gained a lot of local connections when we hired Roof, so we've brought the focus back home. I don't personally buy that we should be focusing more on out of state schools because of local...
Hey guys, I posted about recruiting in the State of Georgia a while ago, and I finished up the second part of my recruiting analysis. This one focuses on trends in our recruiting. It can be found here...
Here are the rankings corrected for population: The number next to the state is the number of Top250 recruits per state/territory per year per million people. DC is an outlier because of small population, private schools that attract talent inside the city, etc...
1 Washington DC 3.147

Sure thing! I can get an updated rankings based on population. It's definitely a interesting stat, but the reason I didn't look into this initially is because I wanted to look into where the big pools of talent were. Talent per capita doesn't necessarily give me a good idea of where those pools...
Hey guys, I recently decided to take a look at some recruiting data to see how Georgia(and Atlanta especially) stacks up against other states. What I found was pretty interesting so I wrote about it here...
Ehh he's big but he runs upright and doesn't look all that fast in his film. The QB in that film is our very own TaQuon Marshall and he looks a lot faster than this guy. I like what we have better.
Article from SBNation lists him as one of the players who increased their draft stock at the Senior Bowl:

Also looks like Mason got his invite to the Senior Bowl. That's huge for him. That's the biggest of the all-star games and it's the one the most scouts will attend.
Looks like Waller is getting even more attention now!

According to this article, he's generating a lot of interest from scouts. Already talked to 3 teams so far.
