    Here are a few hilarious thoughts. That any power 5 DC would come to Tech for what Thacker was paid. That we couldn’t find a better DC than Chizik for the 750k UNC is dishing out. And throw in that most people think that the Auburn bag men had more to do with the NC than the head coach!

    Yea, a soft demotion of Thacker with Collins running the show. When Collins came 3 years ago, I had actually hoped it would be something like this. I felt our offensive production would drop off but our defense and improved recruiting would more than offset the difference.

    I'll add that the one conference that you can generally have top 20 talent and lose is the SEC. Top 20 talent may put you as low as 8-10th best in a league that perfected the bag man long before the new likeness rules.
