I absolutely loved Paul but we were over matched physically more in his last few games than last night. With the exception of 2014, our offensive production against the current defensive front would have been abysmal. Might as well been a turtle.

The problem here is your description. I don’t know anyone that would ever call Gibbs EFFECTIVE! I agree that Randy and J were both effective but would never call them Electric = Gibbs. Our staff has its issues but picking Electric over effective is not one of them.
