Couldn't decide 1-12 so i placed them into tiers.
Tier 1: UGA (every year)
Tier 2: Clemson (was at the game last year... never seen us demolished the way we were that night-worst 26-7 loss i've ever seen lol. Nat'l champs. They destroyed us in '15 also)
Tier 3: Miami, Virginia Tech, Tennessee...
This is a fact. Winning that game pays dividends in so many ways. Cumulatively, the ACC schedule is most important. And I'd take an ACC title over a UGAg victory, however, there is no single ACC game more important than UGA.
I'm not saying those are the two most important games, but rather that if we look back after next season and have wins vs. UT and UGA, then we will have more than likely had a successful season--which would include doing well vs the ACC. A win vs a tough opponent in UT with a brand new QB and a...
If the NFL did not exist, half the country would implement the option lol
Big schools are too afraid of what it would do for recruiting. Why the Vandy's, Wake's, and other teams that are perennial bottom 1/3 of their conferences don't try it beats the heck out of me...
Warning: long post, just a thought. Not well written
Someone asked me the other day... "I know the SEC is down, particularly the East, but why? The talent has been fairly constant." After the conclusion of the '17 season, I considered many factors and narrowed it down to two: Coaching changes...
True... not a major upset. Jimbo can coach. Though that is true, it would be a total shock to all Bama/SEC fans even after they lost to Clemson this year. That's the uproar I was speaking of. With most of my friends and family being UGA/SEC fans, I had to hear all year about how Bama was the...
Can you guys imagine the meltdown if FSU somehow pulls this one out? Though Alabama would almost certainly finish 11-1 after a first game loss, I am going to root for the Noles in this one.
Any of you guys planning on attending this game @ MBS? Any predictions?
Surprisingly this is exactly how I would rate it. Preseason predictions are absolutely worthless for the most part. The only thing I am fairly confident of is that "DA U" will not sit atop the Coastal as they are predicted to what seems like EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR. Mark Richt-coached-teams are the...
Funny how guys resign/are asked to leave conveniently a week or two AFTER signing day (Chizik & the asst. UGA coach for example). Makes business sense...but you have to wonder how recruits feel if they signed their 4 years away and didn't see moves coming
