    CPJ on Jay Jones

I have been all in on Jay since watching him in the Spring game. Yes, ball security must improve. The wonderful thing is, as mentioned by a poster above, ball security can be improved and taught. The offense can be taught. His freakish athleticism and speed cannot be taught. CPJ's comments about...

    Spring game talk

Take this for what it's worth... and it's not worth much due to it coming from a complete outsider and it being based off insufficient evidence and sample size, but I have a feeling that Jay Jones will be our starting QB at some point in '17

    Spring game talk

If Jay Jones gets his reads & ball security down, look out! Speed, quickness, athleticism. On top of his unbelievable athleticism, he is tough to bring down! By looking at him, you wouldn't think that he could bring it to a linebacker, but my goodness the kid is tough. Vic Alexander tried to...

    The QB Possibilities

While JT's worst year was far and away '15, a good portion of that was lack of help. JT isn't Cam Newton, but give him the pieces and he is a winner.

Matthew Jordan out for rest of spring.

I value his time with the program. And yes, he is most likely going to start. It just bugs me that so many people want to give it to him without seeing any of the other kids work in the offense. - MJ being in the offense 3 years and having 2 games with significant playing time does not...

Matthew Jordan out for rest of spring.

I agree. It most definitely matters. I feel like many assume MJ will provide the best ball security of our 4 qbs. He may, but it should not be assumed simply because he has more experience.

Matthew Jordan out for rest of spring.

The QB position is not set. With this news, it's not necessarily fight for #2. There is now an even better opportunity for Jay, Lucas, & Taquon to each fight for the #1 spot. The bottom line is-if any one of them gives CPJ the feeling that they give GA Tech the best chance to beat Tennessee-they...

    2017 Spring Practice

This is true, but on the flipside- I don't care if a QB can make 100% of the reads, if a QB can't hit an open man on 3rd and long then I don't want him to be our starter.

    2017 Spring Practice

Matthew Jordan has been solid, but it is April, and April is not the time to be penciling in a guy with 1-2 starts under his belt. I am good with MJ also, assuming he improves and plays with much more confidence. On the other hand, being good with MJ and getting excited about the possibility of...

    2017 Spring Practice

Don't agree with your last statement. JT was a leader by example and always appeared to be tough as nails. He was a large part of the mindset of our 2014 team, IMO, as Laskey/Days didn't become the two-headed monster we all remember until toward the end of the season. Many plays made by JT...

    Josh Okogie comparisons

Stats are of marginal value when it comes to a comparing players. Okogie is not going to remind many, if any, basketball fans of Michael Jordan outside of I understand. That makes sense.

    Josh Okogie comparisons

This. Jordan? Westbrook? Come on guys lol... Josh Okogie is a great player but some of these comparisons are so off the grid

Roster number brakedown for a CPJ offense in the NFL

Everyone knows that the SEC is on par with if not better than the NFL so it would probably work well since we were 3-0 in the SEC last year

    GT Pro day

Glad to be wrong about JT5's speed. Wow. Dead wrong. I was saying above 4.5

Penn State to remove 7,000 seats with new stadium renovations.

I agree with this. Attending games would be much, much more comfortable with actual seats--especially for the women and kids. Fan experience would improve significantly. I know it sounds whiny, but unless you sit in club section or pre-order the stinger seats, watching the games while sitting on...

    ACCT - Pittsburgh - 3/7 7PM

Make no mistake about it, we lost. However, the Pitt three-pointer immediately after they were granted possession after an apparent a missed call was huge. We had plenty of opportunities to win, but we didn't get many bounces tonight.

    ACCT - Pittsburgh - 3/7 7PM

Love the kid, but certain things that Q Stephens does on an almost nightly basis annoy the heck out of me. The basket interference after the foul... what on earth are you doing man? Lol Hope he continues to make some threes though!

    Mikell Lands-Davis

Not blaming his departure on anyone or trying to speculate on his reasoning, but MLD should've never moved to WR. I know the depth was thick at AB/BB, but he looks and plays like a running back bc that's what he is. Wish him the best.

    Uniform stuff

Maybe on the field and maybe on an "alternate" one-game-a-year helmet. Texas A&M's helmet with the state of Texas outlining the "aTm" doesn't look bad. I would have to see the design first of GT's helmet, because with the wrong design it could be atrocious. I think a matte navy helmet with the...

What are the chances Okogoe goes pro?

Although by NO MEANS do we want to lose a kid like him to the NBA... Isn't it sort of nice have someone on the team that legitimately raises this question?
