Until last year, we never wore blue pants or all blues. I don't like the blue jerseys, but they are at least tolerable. Blue pants and all blues simply suck !!! This didn't happen until TStan came on board, so I blame him.

You hit it. Blue jerseys? Fine, I like em pretty well. Blue jerseys with blue pants looks really bad, and blue pants in general are ugly.

Using navy as a main color in anything for GT is my problem. Had it perfect in the Calvin Johnson era but we seem to be going the other way in terms of attendance AND our brand

I know there are some on here who won't be happy unless we resurrected our plain looking jerseys from the 1960s, but CGC basically told everyone the strategy in preseason: there will be some uniform combos for the "traditionalists" and other "sexy" options. So far this season, we have worn white jerseys 7 times, blue twice, gold once and gray once. So wearing a blue jersey 2 of 12 games is somehow an assault on the tradition of Georgia Tech? Not sure why some people get so triggered about something that is the norm in this era of college football, and we are probably on the conservative end of that trend.

Yeah I guess that’s the closest thing but they went from navy blue to a royal blue. Never seen a program just totally change their main look from one color to a totally different one like we have

Pitt was actually royal blue similar to their current jerseys back in the day. So I don’t even think they count.

I have absolutely NO problem with blue being used in itself, and most definitely am not considering giving up my fandom or future attendance because of it. That sounds ridiculous.

I don't consider myself old and I'm not going anywhere. However you should hope that those guys don't leave. I'm pretty sure 65Jacket has been a diehard supporter of Georgia Tech athletics and has sat through some miserable contests. Understand this, there is no demand for Tech tickets. There is no line at the ticket office. In other words there are no reinforcements. Hope to see you guys at the game tonight. There are few thousand tickets available.

I wish we could wear these jerseys, but you’ll never see gold jerseys with just white numbers. Not enough contrast to be able to read the numbers at a distance, and the NCAA actually has that as a uniform rule that states that as a requirement.

The numbers could probably be outlined in blue (like 'GT'). Unfortunately haven't seen us with a jersey like that yet.
