We got what we wanted, a chance to win the series. It was ugly, but last time I checked there weren’t asterisks in the W-L column. Go GT.

So glad they pulled this one out. Honestly, this loss could have been disastrous from a mental perspective for the guys. It was almost for me as a fan. Now go win the series!!

Who’s announcing for us today. He is brutal. Brutal. Doesn’t change cadence/pitch whether it’s a routine fly ball or a no-doubter homer. And waits an extra second or two to tell you about ball/strike/out/safe to the point that you’re trying to decipher the crowd reaction to figure out what happened.

Also crazy play just now to tie it for us. T4 runners on 1st/3rd nobody out and we try to suicide squeeze it (why?!). They catch us in a rundown between 3rd and home but fumble the ball at home to score the run. Then the other base runner get caught in the same rundown and they botch it AGAIN at 3rd.

TV guys say both Curry & Hurter are "sore" & it is not expected to be anything long term [take that for what it's worth]

They even said Curry could be available today. ...which could be good/interesting.

Why take out Roedig through 4 1/3 when he's only given up 2 hits and just got a quick out? He doesn't even qualify for the win now.

Yep. Wondering same thing. I don't care who gets W ...but yeah, had to be a pitch count limit Hall & Howell were locked into.
