Teams should be able to cancel 1-2 games a season. Anything over that they need to shut it down. So far not many, if any are going over that threshold.
5 major games canceled this week. The PAC12 and BIG10 played themselves by waiting until the fall surge to get started. At this point, I don't see bowl games beyond the CFP happening. This is one of the reasons I am not too upset about how this season has gone. It's better than nothing, which was a very real possibility.

And still managed to kickoff an hour ago...
Pitt had seven players out for their opener against Austin Peay, so this must be much more widespread. I have never thought of Narduzzi as wuss coach. He is all man.
And now a possible delay to the playoffs being discussed.

I am holding my breath about the rest of the season. I know there is a ton of money at stake, but the wheels are coming off.it’s almost like they should take a top 4 right now - Clemson, Notre Dame, Alabama, whoever. And announce that those 4 are in the playoffs and then quarantine for the next month before they play the games.
Not necessarily, since the quarantine and contact tracing protocols are restrictive. Info sharing is poor to slow this year so it may take a few ... to find out how many are actually infected versus false positives and isolated. I just hope the GT actual infections are low.Pitt had seven players out for their opener against Austin Peay, so this must be much more widespread. I have never thought of Narduzzi as wuss coach. ACC should do the same. Now is the time to be as flexible as possible.
How much you want to bet the Indiana vs Ohio State game gets cancelled? And Ohio State backs into the playoffs with 5 games played... which shouldn't be allowed.Yup. Already lost 2 games. Wonder how many more
I agree but if it keeps uga out I'm fine. How much you want to bet the Indiana vs Ohio State game gets cancelled? And Ohio State backs into the playoffs with 5 games played... which shouldn't be allowed.
They aren't making it anyways they have lost twice, and likely Clemson and ND are both getting in. So that leaves one spot which is likely going to Texas A&M or Florida.I agree but if it keeps uga out I'm fine.
