Brad's a top notch athlete. Athlete's do well at WR in our offense. For a true freshmen, Brad acquitted himself quite well last year.

Just because he's a backup doesn't mean he doesn't have NFL talent. Talent and work ethics are two different things, you can have all the talent in the world and not really care about playing, and because of that not be productive.
