Initial season ticket sales are up due to change or hype. I dont care I just hope sales continue to go up. 20% new season purchases is good starting point.

We sit in with some pretty near death fans who seldom stand. Hope some of the new fans or swarm members move in to liven the place up.

No joke...my first game as a student, a group of us from Smith dorm went as a group. We were all standing when behind us an old man yelled "Sit down...we've been paying for season tickets for over 20 years, you don't get to just walk in here and do what you want! When you start buying season tickets for 20 years then you can do what you want."

We quickly realized we were not in student section...

As as segueway into the opposite situation:

I have season tickets for Atlanta United. One game, a man maybe in his 50's showed up with his son. If you've been to an Atlanta United game you know NO ONE sits down. Well, the guy thought differently and kept telling everyone in front of him to sit down...to which everyone ignored him because NO ONE sits down at AtlU games.

I’m 7 feet tall so I got the highest row in my section. I do hate blocking people when I stand and they are standing behind me.

You should feel good. You can walk into any store and buy clothes.
Yes, I am glad I stopped growing when I did (sophomore year of H.S) but I wish I had a nickle for every time I am asked if I played basketball (no) or some other stupid question.
When I am asked (or told) how tall I am....my answer is now.....I am not tall, the rest of the world is short. ;)

Feel bad for that guy who brought his son to the game and had his sons view obstructed because people wanted to stretch their legs. I’ve been there and it sucks.

At 5'6" I have no clue how you guys feel.

Same. Though, you know, I never really even think about being short until someone points it out. Honestly, I think it's easier than being unusually tall. You don't have to worry about "space" issues and such.

I'm 5'9" and believe me this is definitely something I appreciate. Another place I appreciate being vertically challenged is on airplanes. I have no idea how folks any taller than me survive a flight in a normal sized seat. I have real sympathy when I see taller folks trying to shoe-horn themselves into a regular airline seat (heaven forbid you're on Spirit).
