Imo, pyron can read the defense and stop and pop an ACCURATE pass better than Sims.
Thats what opens up the defenses.

Time to get fundamental qb play going at gt. Sims or pyron.

Sims has to show he can stop and pop while doing his rpo. For sov much playing time he still seems slow and scripted.

Again, all of this still requires a functional OL.

So many engineers - dealing in absolutes.
In the real world - each ol guy has a bell curve from crappy to good. When the 5 guys are crappy = 1-2 seconds is correct, but when 1 is crappy, 2 are ok and 1 is good - the good qb will stop and pop or run

Watching pyron is more like the Klubnic backbup qb. Both know what to do w ball because they aren't tempted to run.
In accn preseason talk about Sims, Coach M Riecht said sims is greatly gifted, but "i cant say he will be very good till i see him be accurate" .

On Rivals they have break down film shorts of several of Pyrons passes ( when the ol was not terrible) and they are high speed daggers! 68% accurate w terrible ol performance

Accurste passer says high possibilities once the bell curve for ol moves from major suck to sometimes suck.
