I always felt like he struggled to get his head around. Felt like he was in the right position almost always but just late to find the ball.
This could be evidence that he couldn’t get into our grad school as others have mentioned.
Every former college athlete that I have met in my career has been in construction management.
I don’t understand why we refer to student athletes who actually graduate as a transfer.
Certainly I would rather have Walton than not, but just a gut feel that people are going to step up this year, gonna be different IMO. Too many times I have watched changes like we are making(I think this is going to work and we're going to see it fairly quickly) and people just come forth and perform that you did not think would do as well as they do. We should have a pretty good idea I'm guessing by mid-season. It's obvious the kids like playing for Key. He's a leader IMO. Putting together an interesting staff, young, hungry, given opportunity to show and perform, I just like how it all feels now. We shall see. Do I think we go undefeated, NO.
Because that’s how the system defines an athlete who has graduated but still has eligibility. So I’m referring to him using proper terminology.
I think Richard was accentuating the difference between transferring because of a lack of playing time, NIL, etc. and transferring because of graduate school considerations.
So what happens when a young man has eligibility remaining, has graduated, either wants to go to grad school elsewhere or wasn't accepted at his current school, AND wants more playing time and more NIL? Do we need yet another word for that?
